Description

Many RPA/Automation courses focus on the technical - how to build actual bots or automated solutions. This series of courses focuses on how to manage this work - a vital skill often lacking in businesses today.

In this course, you are going to learn how to successfully kick start your RPA/Automation project by choosing the right process to automate. Often, when it comes to this effort, businesses have a budget to spend, and begin choosing processes to automate which are either far too complex, not impactful enough or are simply not ready for automation. This course is going to give you the skills to choose correctly, based on tried and tested methods, and deliver the right automated solutions.

- How to review the processes, using a rating card.

- How to build out the process rating card, defining key criteria and characteristics required.

- How to choose the right process to automate, based on the investigations.

At the end of this course, you will have full confidence to begin your RPA project, that the process you have chosen is indeed the right one and be well placed to deliver a successful RPA project.
