How the tests work

The questions ask you to read a facility-management situation, identify the main issue, and compare possible responses. Several options may sound reasonable. The explanation shows why one response is better in light of risk, cost, service, stakeholders, timing, and operational impact.

Start with the 50-question test without checking the answers first. Review every explanation after you finish, including questions you answered correctly but found difficult. Record the areas where you lost time or had to guess.

Use the first 120-question test after reviewing those gaps. Treat it as a serious practice session. Pay attention to the details that change the decision, such as safety, continuity, asset condition, budget limits, and accountability.

Use the second 120-question test as a later readiness check. Your score matters, but the pattern behind the score matters more. The competency breakdown can show whether you need more work in operations, finance, communication, projects, risk, or another area.
