This course focuses on active and deep listening and how this is something that can supercharge all of your relationships, from client relationships, to colleague relationships to your personal relationships.

In this course, you'll learn the power of listening and how it can dramatically shift your relationships positively. You'll learn why listening is also tough and not something that comes naturally, but how understanding this can help you to listen better. 

And, I'll give you tips and techniques that you can practise daily so that you can shift how you listen.

And I'll share stories that show how truly listening to understand has the potential to change the world if we approach conversations with authentic curiousity and a desire to understand, even if you may not agree with what you hear.
