Practice business use of Microsoft 365 Copilot with 150 original questions across two distinct tests. This beginner pack helps business users improve their reasoning about prompts, source context, generated content, collaboration, and delegated work. No coding is required.
Version note: the pack follows the published AB-730 objectives dated October 20, 2026. This update is upcoming as of September 20, 2026 and includes significant changes, including a dedicated agent and Copilot Cowork section. Consult the official study guide for the version applicable to your exam date. Features and licensing can change.
Each test has 75 questions: 22 on generative AI fundamentals, 18 on prompts and chats, 18 on business content and collaboration, and 17 on business outcomes with agents. Every question has four options, one correct answer, and a separate explanation for each option. The second test contains different questions from the first.
Scenarios cover unclear requests, conflicting sources, stale data, unsupported claims, spreadsheet calculations, presentation accuracy, meeting decisions, shared pages, notebooks, and reusable prompts. Agent questions cover selecting appropriate capabilities, deciding when customization is justified, reviewing plans, checking permissions, managing recurring work, and verifying deliverables.
Take the first test and record uncertain topics. Read every explanation, consult current official documentation, and practice in an approved Microsoft 365 environment where available. Then use the second test to review another set of situations. Both tests allow 90 minutes and use an 80% study target. These practice settings do not reproduce the official exam duration or scaled scoring.
This independent concept-review pack includes no video lectures, live labs, exam voucher, or pass guarantee. The questions are independently authored and contain no actual, recalled, leaked, or copied certification exam items. Cloudpuz Academy is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft. Product names and exam codes identify the subject of study.
