This course provides a comprehensive framework for establishing a governance strategy that functions not as a bureaucratic bottleneck, but as an accelerator for safe, sustainable innovation.

This course addresses the urgent need for cross-functional alignment between product development, legal counsel, and information technology. As organizations integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into their workflows, they face complex risks including "Shadow AI," data leakage, prompt injection attacks, and hallucination-based liabilities. Furthermore, the regulatory environment is tightening globally, with frameworks such as the EU AI Act and various US Executive Orders mandating strict compliance standards.

Participants will explore four distinct modules designed to build high-level competency in Responsible AI:

1. Foundations of Governance:** We begin by defining the strategic scope of AI governance, distinguishing between proactive and reactive management.
