Build confidence in collaboration troubleshooting with 120 original questions from Cloudpuz Academy. This course contains two different 60-question practice tests for Cisco 350-801 CLCOR. The topic plan follows the published v2.0 blueprint reviewed in November 2026, including its expanded cloud and hybrid coverage. Work through realistic requirements, signaling evidence and configuration decisions rather than memorizing a repeated list of definitions.
Each test includes nine Infrastructure and Design questions, six Protocols and Endpoints questions, eighteen On-Premises Call Control questions, six Voice Gateways and Session Border Controllers questions, fifteen Cloud and Hybrid Services questions, and six Media and QoS questions. These counts follow the six domain weights. The course is supplemental practice and does not claim exhaustive coverage of every individual exam objective.
Infrastructure scenarios distinguish deployment models, call-processing resilience, backup needs and collaboration-edge roles. Calculate voice bandwidth with explicit packet assumptions and review upgrade activation, certificate identity, SSO trust and timing, DNS dependencies, endpoint network discovery and global numbering. The questions state relevant conditions so that one answer is the best fit.
SIP and endpoint questions examine provisioning, authentication challenges, missing acknowledgements, cancellation, SDP media negotiation, DTMF events, hold direction, reliable provisional responses and transfer progress. The focus is on interpreting the evidence and separating endpoint registration, call signaling and media behavior.
On-premises calling practice covers partitions and calling search spaces, route lists, local route groups, translation and transformation, digit handling, urgent priority, schedules, authorization codes and forwarding. Additional scenarios address diagnostic records, AXL and real-time APIs, Unity Connection integration and call handlers, LDAP, administrative roles, call admission and media resource selection.
Gateway questions cover CUBE inbound and outbound dial-peer matching, voice translation, SIP profiles, tenants, server groups, OPTIONS monitoring, DTMF relay and codec interworking. Media and QoS scenarios explore one-way audio, jitter, loss, wireless treatment, trust boundaries, priority scheduling, policy attachment, classification logic and serialization delay.
Cloud and hybrid practice includes Webex Calling trunks and route groups, premises dial plans, translation patterns, outgoing permissions, operating modes, meeting admission and messaging controls. Review OAuth and webhook scope, directory synchronization, SCIM, service entitlements, shared-device ownership, Control Hub roles, Cloud-Connected UC, Hybrid Calendar and Video Mesh.
Every question has four choices, one best answer, explanations for all options and a reference for further study. Each test allows 120 minutes. The 70 percent practice threshold is a learning target chosen for this course, not an official Cisco pass score. Review the explanations after Test 1, revisit uncertain topics and then attempt the different scenarios in Test 2.
This is a written practice-test course without video lectures or a hosted lab. Basic networking, SIP and collaboration administration knowledge is recommended. Cloudpuz Academy is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Cisco. No real exam questions or guaranteed results are provided. Combine these questions with official documentation and authorized hands-on practice, and check current exam requirements before booking.
