Review Microsoft Purview information security concepts with two independent sets of 75 original practice questions. This course contains 150 single-answer multiple-choice questions and explanations for every answer option. The material is independently authored for learning and does not contain actual, recalled, leaked, or copied certification exam questions.
This course is based on the published upcoming SC-401 study-guide scope labeled October 28, 2026. It is preparation for that published scope, not a claim that it is already effective. Microsoft can update dates and objectives, so check the official study guide for the requirements that apply on your exam date.
Each test contains 25 questions on information protection, 25 on data loss prevention and retention, and 25 on risks, alerts, and activities. Review sensitive information types, Exact Data Match, document fingerprinting, trainable classifiers, OCR, sensitivity labels, publishing, auto-labeling, container versus item protection, the information protection client and scanner, and message encryption.
Practice decisions about DLP scope, simulation, endpoint activities, browser support, overrides, just-in-time protection, Adaptive Protection, retention labels, policy scopes, preservation, and disposition. Risk and investigation questions cover Insider Risk Management, permissions, connectors, cases, audit, Activity explorer, eDiscovery, cross-service alerts, and data protection for AI services.
Use Test 1 to identify gaps, review every explanation, and practice appropriate tasks in an authorized nonproduction environment. Attempt Test 2 afterward as an independent check. The questions emphasize control purpose, prerequisites, evidence, and business context rather than memorization of product screens.
Each test uses a 100-minute study limit, an 80% practice benchmark, and randomized question and answer order. These are course settings, not Microsoft's scoring rules. This single-answer concept-review format does not reproduce the exact format or difficulty of the certification exam. No practice score guarantees certification success.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and basic information security is recommended. Videos, guided labs, software licenses, and exam vouchers are not included. Cloudpuz Academy is an independent education provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft.
