While I have been helping my people develop themselves when I started my management career with Hindustan Unilever in 1981, I got into it formally when I started working at Indian Institute of Management Udaipur (IIMU) in 2015. I started helping the MBA students develop their personality traits using the Hay’s EQ Model so that they were better prepared for their management career.
