Have you hired a strong candidate who aced every interview, only to fail within three months? Or rejected someone who later did well elsewhere? Here are 342 tools to screen for performance: 219 ready-to-use question lists, procedures, checklists and templates, 80 models and methods, 30 working files and 13 services shown on screen.
Open a lecture, take the checklist, and use it on your next CV.
Why good interviews make bad hires
Screening relies on impressions: a polished CV, a confident conversation, a good feeling. Questions vary from candidate to candidate, tests are not linked to the job, and the decision is made without a scorecard. The result is visible three months later.
What changes after this course
You screen against competencies, read CVs for evidence, run structured interviews, use tests, cases and assessment centres where they fit, and decide with scorecards, so the people you hire are the ones who perform.
What is inside: 342 tools, counted lecture by lecture
You do not have to take this number on trust. Open any lecture and read its description: every tool inside is listed there by name.

Who is teaching
I am Mike, the #1 HR instructor on Udemy, with 1,800,000+ course enrollments from 170,000 students, and the author of about 200 books on Amazon. I built the people system at Preply as it became a unicorn and worked at Wargaming, iDeals and Alfa-Bank across 20 years in HR. I hold PHRi, SHRM-CP and HCI sHRBP certifications and represent HRCI in Eastern Europe.
I learned to assess my first candidates at Alfa-Bank in 2005 and 2006. I joined as a loan specialist, was soon invited to HR, trained in recruiting and training others, and became a trainer-recruiter: I selected loan specialists and trained them, so I saw every week whether my selection decisions held up on the job.
How to use the course
Start with the screening system sections, then use the interviewing, assessment and scorecard sections for your roles. Section and lecture titles show how many tools are inside, and each lecture description lists them by name.
