Can you explain why a Claude-based workflow is reliable—not just make a promising demo work?
Prepare for Claude Certified Architect – Foundations (CCAR-F) with 600 original multiple-choice questions across six practice tests of 100 questions each.
This course develops architectural judgment about the Claude Agent SDK, Claude Code, the Claude API, and Model Context Protocol. Mix direct concept checks with short production scenarios involving tool use, code workflows, research, structured extraction, and reliability decisions.
WHAT YOU GET
• 6 tests of 100 original questions each
• Four alternatives and ONE best answer for every question
• Feedback for every option and an overall case-specific rationale
• Official exam-guide objective references and further-study links
• Five focused domain tests followed by one integrated review
• Coverage of architecture, MCP tools, Claude Code, prompting, structured output, context, and reliability
THE SIX TESTS
1. AGENTIC ARCHITECTURE & ORCHESTRATION
Follow protocol stop reasons, return client-tool observations, coordinate specialists, pass relevant context, enforce prerequisites, apply hooks, decompose tasks, and manage sessions.
2. TOOL DESIGN & MCP INTEGRATION
Design clear tool boundaries, validate arguments, classify failures, choose recovery, scope tools by role, configure MCP servers, expose resources, and select built-in repository tools.
3. CLAUDE CODE CONFIGURATION & WORKFLOWS
Distinguish personal and shared instructions, use modular and path-specific guidance, package on-demand skills, choose planning versus direct implementation, and design non-interactive CI review.
4. PROMPT ENGINEERING & STRUCTURED OUTPUT
Write explicit review criteria and representative examples. Separate structural constraints from factual correctness, handle missing evidence, design validation feedback, choose batch versus synchronous work, and review independently.
5. CONTEXT MANAGEMENT & RELIABILITY
Preserve exact facts, reduce context waste, resolve ambiguity, escalate appropriately, propagate failures, recover state, calibrate confidence, inspect segmented accuracy, and retain provenance.
6. INTEGRATED ARCHITECTURE SCENARIOS & FINAL REVIEW
Apply the five domains together. This expanded mixed-domain test contains 27 architecture, 18 tools/MCP, 20 Claude Code, 20 prompting/output, and 15 context/reliability questions.
LEARN THE DECISION, NOT THE ANSWER LETTER
For each mistake or uncertain correct answer, identify the decisive requirement. Was it a dependency, permission boundary, missing observation, unsupported source, context problem, or validation gap? Explain why the alternatives do not satisfy it.
HOW THIS PACKAGE DIFFERS FROM THE OFFICIAL EXAM
Tests 1–5 are domain deep dives, so neither they nor the aggregate 600-question package follow official exam weights. Only Test 6 follows the approximate 27% / 18% / 20% / 20% / 15% allocation, using 100 questions.
The retrieved July 2026 guide lists 60 items in 120 minutes, with multiple-choice and multiple-response items and four scenarios drawn from six themes. This course instead uses single-answer questions and independent mini-scenarios. It does not reproduce the official scenario assembly or question content.
Allow about 200 minutes per expanded 100-question test if timed practice is useful. An optional 80% study target is not an official passing threshold. The exam's scaled score is not a raw percentage conversion.
Important concepts and option definitions recur across tests for reinforcement. Six hundred distinct question texts do not mean six hundred unrelated concepts or six independent predictions of readiness. Difficulty has not been calibrated against the real exam.
VERSION-AWARE LEARNING
The guide and current product documentation can use different identifiers. For example, the guide calls the subagent launcher Task, while newer SDK documentation uses Agent. Learn the mechanism and verify installed-version details rather than assume every identifier or option works in every release.
WHO THIS COURSE IS FOR
Developers, solution architects, technical leads, and engineers preparing for CCAR-F or reviewing production design decisions with Claude. Familiarity with code workflows, APIs, JSON, and tools is recommended.
No paid API account is needed to answer these questions. This is a practice-test course, not a video series, provisioned lab package, exam voucher, or certification award. Use current official learning resources and practical experience alongside it.
All questions are original educational content. The course is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic or Udemy. Product and certification marks belong to their owners.
