Can you turn a promising Claude demo into a reliable application—and explain the engineering decisions behind it?
Prepare for Claude Certified Developer – Foundations (CCDV-F) with 600 original multiple-choice questions across six tests of 100 questions each.
Develop practical judgment about Claude APIs, agent workflows, integration code, model selection, context, tool contracts, Claude Code, debugging, and security. Questions combine direct concept checks with short developer scenarios rather than ask you to memorize answer letters.
WHAT YOU GET
• Six original 100-question tests
• Four alternatives and ONE best answer for every item
• An explanation for every option plus a case-specific overall rationale
• Official guide anchors, named-skill mappings, and technical study references
• Five focused learning tests followed by one integrated review
• Offline review copies alongside instructor CSV files
THE SIX TESTS
1. APPLICATIONS AND INTEGRATION
Translate requirements into acceptance criteria; manage lifecycle, Messages requests, streaming, provider differences, async integration, safe retries, application boundaries, and configuration.
2. AGENTS, WORKFLOWS, TOOLS AND MCPS
Compare workflows and agents, coordinate specialists, manage hooks and durable state, design tool contracts, handle tool errors, distinguish MCP primitives and transports, and choose customization approaches.
3. MODEL SELECTION AND OPTIMIZATION
Study tokenization, probabilistic generation, prompting fundamentals, supported reasoning and fast-mode controls, API/SDK mechanics, model-family trade-offs, retirement, caching, usage, and cost per accepted outcome.
4. PROMPT AND CONTEXT ENGINEERING
Preserve exact facts and provenance, budget and prune context, isolate workers, write precise instructions and examples, validate outputs, handle missing evidence and conflicts, and consume generated content defensively.
5. SECURITY, CLAUDE CODE AND DEBUGGING
Apply trust boundaries, identity, authorization, secrets, layered controls, and pre-action hooks. Review Claude Code instructions, settings, skills, sessions, headless operation, traces, error classes, and integration debugging.
6. INTEGRATED DEVELOPER SCENARIOS AND FINAL REVIEW
Apply all eight guide domains in an expanded mixed review: 15 agents, 33 applications, 3 Claude Code, 3 debugging, 17 optimization, 11 prompt/context, 8 security, and 10 tools/MCP questions.
COVERAGE THAT IS EXPLICIT ABOUT ITS LIMITS
All eight guide domains and 25 named skills have mapped practice. Numeric skill IDs in this package are local study-map identifiers, not official guide numbering. Mapping does not mean every possible subtopic has equal depth or that questions were independently calibrated.
Tests 1–5 intentionally emphasize particular areas. Neither those tests nor the aggregate 600-question bank follow official exam weights. Test 6 approximates the eight domain percentages with a 100-question integer allocation. It is an expanded learning review, not an exact exam replica.
HOW PRACTICE DIFFERS FROM THE EXAM
The July 2026 guide lists 53 items in 120 minutes, including multiple-choice and multiple-response items; each multiple-response item specifies how many selections are required. The passing score is 720 on a 100–1000 scaled range, not a raw percentage conversion. The listed exam fee is $125, validity is 12 months, and there are no mandatory prerequisites. Confirm current program terms before registration.
Every question here is single-answer. This package does not provide multiple-response exam simulation or reproduce official question assembly. Suggested practice duration is 200 minutes per expanded test; the optional 80% study target is not an official pass mark or scaled-score conversion.
Concepts and option definitions recur for reinforcement. Six hundred distinct question texts do not mean six hundred independent concepts or six independent readiness estimates. No score, calibrated difficulty, or certification result is guaranteed.
VERSION BOUNDARY
Baseline: official Exam Guide v1.0, effective July 2026; reviewed October 21, 2026. The portal announces an exam update on December 7, 2026, with an updated guide due November 17, 2026. This package does not claim coverage of the unpublished update. Recheck and revise before using it for that exam version.
Product documentation evolves independently of the guide. Model identifiers, thinking controls, SDK launcher names, settings, plugins, and MCP transport details must be checked against the actual installed and hosted versions. Numerical rate exercises explicitly use hypothetical or case-stated assumptions, not a live pricing promise.
This is a practice-test course, not a lecture series, provisioned lab environment, API subscription, exam voucher, or certification award. Instructor CSV files require account-level import preview before publication. All items are original educational content, not actual, recalled, or copied exam questions. This independent course is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic or Udemy. Marks belong to their owners.
