Can you use Claude to get real business work done—and tell when its polished output should not be trusted?
Prepare for Claude Certified Associate – Foundations (CCAO-F) with 600 original single-answer questions across six tests of 100 questions each.
This is a business-practitioner exam, not a software-engineering exam. The practice focuses on defining tasks, prompting for usable results, evaluating accuracy and bias, choosing the right Claude features and model family, configuring Projects and knowledge, improving workflows, and applying governance, privacy, and responsible-use judgment.
WHAT YOU GET
• Six original 100-question tests
• Four alternatives and ONE best answer for every item
• An explanation for every option plus a case-specific overall rationale
• Official guide anchors and local study-map skill mappings
• Five focused learning tests followed by one integrated review
• Offline review copies alongside instructor CSV files
THE SIX TESTS
1. PROMPTING AND TASK EXECUTION
Write briefs with audience, constraints, evidence, and acceptance criteria; decompose dependent work; iterate with specific feedback; and adapt strategy to analysis, research, drafting, brainstorming, and planning.
2. OUTPUT EVALUATION AND VALIDATION
Check completeness, factual support, arithmetic, internal consistency, hallucination risk, unfair framing, citation support, and when qualified human review is required. Adapt and compare outputs for the intended audience and deliverable.
3. PRODUCT, MODEL, AND CONFIGURATION DECISIONS
Compare supported features such as Projects, chat, artifacts, and research; understand model-family positioning; align quality, speed, and cost; manage context and memory; and maintain Project instructions, knowledge sources, connectors, and change control.
4. WORKFLOW INTEGRATION AND SOLUTION DESIGN
Analyze requirements and handoffs, support research and process improvement, prototype safely, preserve approval and fallback controls, and communicate measured value with honest limitations.
5. GOVERNANCE, RISK, AND TROUBLESHOOTING
Assess appropriate use, data sensitivity, privacy, fairness, policy, and escalation. Diagnose weak prompts and poor outputs, adjust from feedback, handle missing or conflicting evidence, and optimize the whole workflow.
6. INTEGRATED ASSOCIATE SCENARIOS AND FINAL REVIEW
Apply all seven guide domains in an expanded mixed review: 14 prompting, 21 evaluation, 12 product/model, 16 workflow, 12 configuration, 15 governance, and 10 troubleshooting questions.
COVERAGE THAT IS EXPLICIT ABOUT ITS LIMITS
All seven guide domains and 32 local study-map skills have mapped practice. Numeric skill IDs are local study aids, not official guide numbering. Mapping does not mean every subtopic has equal depth or that questions were independently calibrated.
Tests 1–5 intentionally emphasize particular areas. Neither those tests nor the aggregate 600-question bank follow official exam weights. Test 6 approximates the seven domain percentages with a 100-question integer allocation. It is an expanded learning review, not an exact exam replica.
HOW PRACTICE DIFFERS FROM THE EXAM
The July 2026 guide lists 60 items in 120 minutes, including multiple-choice and multiple-response items; each multiple-response item states how many responses to select. The passing score is 720 on a 100–1,000 scaled range, not a raw percentage conversion. The listed fee is $99, validity is 12 months, and there are no mandatory prerequisites. Confirm current program terms before registration.
Every question here is single-answer. This package does not provide multiple-response exam simulation or reproduce official question assembly. Suggested practice duration is 200 minutes per expanded test; the optional 80% study target is not an official pass mark or scaled-score conversion.
Concepts and option definitions recur for reinforcement. Six hundred distinct question texts do not mean six hundred independent concepts or six independent readiness estimates. No score, calibrated difficulty, or certification result is guaranteed.
VERSION BOUNDARY
Baseline: official Exam Guide v1.0, effective July 2026; reviewed October 21, 2026. The portal announces an Associate – Foundations exam update on December 7, 2026, with an updated guide due November 17, 2026. This package does not claim coverage of the unpublished update. Recheck and revise before using it for that exam version.
Product features, plan availability, model options, memory behavior, connectors, and sharing controls vary by account and change over time. Examples describe supported concepts and judgment, not guarantees that every account sees identical menus or capabilities.
This is a practice-test course, not a lecture series, provisioned environment, subscription, exam voucher, or certification award. Instructor CSV files require account-level import preview before publication. All items are original educational content, not actual, recalled, or copied exam questions. This independent course is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic or Udemy. Marks belong to their owners.
