That is the Certified Compensation Professional as WorldatWork sets it since 2025: eight separate multiple-choice exams, each passed on its own, all eight needed for the designation. You walk into each exam after a timed run at the real pace, and you keep eight working compensation tools for your own company.

The course follows the eight CCP exams in the sequence WorldatWork recommends, one lesson per exam, each named exactly like its exam. First you map Total Rewards in five elements and learn to check a pay program against labor rules in any country. Then you build the base pay system: job evaluation, pay grades, salary ranges and a merit matrix. Next you design and cost variable pay, price jobs against the market and analyze pay data for equity. Finally you build the rewards budget and learn to present pay decisions to the CFO and CEO.
