Prepare for Argo Project concepts with 120 original practice questions from Cloudpuz Academy. This course contains two different 60-question tests covering the four Certified Argo Project Associate topic areas. Scenarios ask you to choose appropriate configurations, interpret controller behavior and distinguish related features. Every question has four options, one best answer and an explanation for each option.
Argo Workflows questions cover finite job graphs, parallel branches, joins, sequential step groups and failure handling. Practice passing parameters and artifacts, selecting reusable definitions, iterating over dynamic inputs and sharing storage across Pods. Scheduling, deadlines, synchronization, execution identities and retry behavior connect configuration choices to practical outcomes.
Argo CD scenarios focus on desired-state reconciliation and the distinction between synchronization and application health. Review source paths, target revisions, destinations, project restrictions and the roles of the API server, repository server and application controller. Understand automated synchronization, pruning and self-healing without confusing their separate purposes.
Work through Helm value precedence, Kustomize overlays, hook phases and numeric sync waves. Questions on ignored differences, namespace creation, shared-resource ownership and synchronization windows test precise configuration decisions. ApplicationSet scenarios explain why durable changes belong in the governing template or generator input. Deletion and recovery scenarios emphasize understanding resource lifecycle behavior.
Argo Rollouts questions examine canary and blue-green delivery, replica proportions, request routing, pauses and manual promotion. Interpret preview and active Services, propagation delays and analysis gates. Numerical and diagnostic examples distinguish a failed quality condition from missing measurement evidence and explain why metrics should describe the release being evaluated.
Argo Events scenarios trace an external event through an EventSource and EventBus to a Sensor and trigger. Review dependency identities, logical conditions, payload mapping, defaults and filtering. Permission scenarios distinguish the identity creating a Workflow from the identity used by its execution. Additional questions address webhook authentication, duplicate delivery and the difference between successful submission and successful processing.
The four-domain CAPA outline published by CNCF and the Linux Foundation was reviewed in November 2026. Each test contains 22 Workflows, 20 CD, 11 Rollouts and 7 Events questions, a rounded allocation for a 60-question set. Allow 90 minutes per test. The 70 percent practice threshold is a learning target, not a prediction of an official result. Explanations include official documentation references. This material received source-based editorial and file-integrity review; it is not a hosted cluster lab or a guarantee of behavior in every version.
Basic Kubernetes, YAML and Git familiarity will help you interpret the scenarios. This course contains practice tests without video lessons or a provided laboratory. Use a separate learning cluster to reinforce unfamiliar topics and check the current official outline before booking an examination. These are original supplementary questions, not real examination content. Cloudpuz Academy is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by CNCF, the Linux Foundation or the Argo Project. Course completion does not guarantee certification.
