Practice enterprise technology decisions with 120 original questions from Cloudpuz Academy. This independent CGEIT preparation course contains two different tests of 60 questions each. Every question has four options, one best answer, explanations for all four options and a reference for further study. Scenarios and numerical examples are hypothetical and independently authored. The course does not reproduce an official question bank or use recalled examination content.
The governance section examines decision authority, delegated limits, stakeholder tradeoffs, strategy alignment and the relationship between oversight and operational execution. Work through cases involving federated organizations, architecture dependencies, transitional states, evidence-based reporting and governance adoption. Information governance questions cover ownership, stewardship, definitions, lineage, classification, sharing purposes, retention and the lifecycle of business information. Professional conduct scenarios address conflicts, competence, confidentiality, uncertainty and accurate reporting.
The resources section explores sourcing choices, retained accountability, lifecycle cost boundaries, peak capacity, scarce skills, entitlement review and asset retirement. Consider knowledge transfer, practical competency evidence, supplier outcomes, portability and exit readiness. Additional scenarios examine shared provider dependencies, commercial change authority, obsolescence and the business value of standby capacity.
The benefits section moves beyond technical delivery milestones. Identify benefit owners, establish baselines, separate capacity from cash savings and avoid double counting. Evaluate adoption assumptions, delayed benefit timing, business process changes and the balance between speed and durable outcomes. Numerical examples include simple return on investment, payback, discounted value, net recurring benefits and constrained portfolio selection. All numerical questions state their simplifying assumptions; the course is educational practice rather than individualized financial advice.
The risk section connects technology scenarios with enterprise objectives. Apply appetite and tolerance, identify accountable owners, distinguish inherent and residual exposure and evaluate control effectiveness. Consider concentration, severe outcomes, transfer limitations, warning indicators and changing assumptions. Questions also address consistent assessment scales, interim treatment, continuity priorities and the information needed for meaningful escalation. NIST risk publications provide supplementary conceptual references; they do not define the CGEIT examination blueprint.
Each test contains 24 governance, 9 resources, 16 benefits and 11 risk questions. Across the course, this gives 48, 18, 32 and 22 questions respectively, approximating the public outline weights of 40, 15, 26 and 19 percent with whole questions. Allow 96 minutes for each 60-question test. This pacing is proportional to the official 150-question, 240-minute examination described in the ISACA candidate guide checked on 1 November 2026. The 70 percent setting here is a study target only. The official examination uses scaled scoring with a passing score of 450 on a 200-to-800 scale; 70 percent is not a conversion of that score.
Use the first attempt to identify gaps, then read the explanation for every option before taking the second set. Record the facts that make the best answer preferable and the assumptions that would change your decision. Eleven numerical and feasibility checks were executed. Export validation compared all 120 questions and 480 option explanations with their source. Local lexical screening found no exact or high-similarity matches in the available collection; it cannot establish uniqueness against every course online. Editorial review is author review, not an independent professional certification of the material.
Familiarity with IT management and organizational decision making is recommended. This course provides practice questions without video lessons, an exam voucher or accredited instruction. Check current eligibility, experience and examination requirements directly with ISACA before booking. Completion of these tests does not award or guarantee certification. Cloudpuz Academy is independent and is not affiliated with, accredited by or endorsed by ISACA. CGEIT and other referenced names identify the subject being studied; no official branding or examination content is included.
