Practice Strategic Portfolio Management decisions with 120 original questions from Cloudpuz Academy. This independent course offers two different 60-question tests for learners studying the ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management subject areas. Every question has four choices, one best answer, an explanation for each choice and a documentation reference for further study. These are original learning scenarios, not recalled certification examination items.
The tests follow a rounded allocation across the nine domains in the January 2026 public CIS-SPM blueprint. Each test includes 18 project-management questions, 14 resource-management questions, 11 idea-and-demand questions, 6 financial questions, 5 Portfolio Planning Workspace questions, 3 timecard questions and one question each on implementation, analytics and integrated applications. This allocation supports balanced practice rather than claiming to reproduce any actual examination form.
Project scenarios examine scheduling choices, predecessor links, cross-project dependencies, shadow tasks, baselines, templates, diagnostics and RIDAC decisions. Distinguish a checkpoint from its preparation work, a financial snapshot from expense history, and a dependency from a parent-child relationship. Review how recorded actuals, approved commitments and delivery exceptions should remain traceable as plans change.
Resource scenarios ask you to evaluate capacity and availability, date-specific shortages, attribute matching, effort units, resource assignments and the effects of migrating legacy resource plans. Financial scenarios address rate-model criteria, effective dates, forecast changes, budget differences and the separation of planned and actual costs. Questions reference the documented product behavior and identify release-specific changes where relevant.
Idea and demand questions cover stakeholder participation, evaluation consistency, workbench and roadmap use, artifact conversion and Universal Request integration. Portfolio questions explore lenses, planning-item eligibility, scenarios, execution mappings and display limits. Timecard and analytics cases distinguish missing submissions from approval queues and study historical effort trends. The course also highlights current documentation changes, including the legacy PMO dashboard lifecycle, so an older training example is not mistaken for a permanent product rule.
Each practice test allows 90 minutes and uses a 70 percent study target. ServiceNow does not publicly disclose a fixed examination cut score; 70 percent here is only a course setting and is not a statement of the official pass mark. All course items are single-answer questions. The actual certification examination also includes multiple-select questions, so these tests should be combined with official training and broader practical preparation.
Use the explanations to understand why competing choices do not satisfy the scenario, then follow the references and practice unfamiliar workflows in an authorized instance. The questions are based on a documentation review and have not been executed as a complete live-instance lab suite. Product interfaces, application versions and certification requirements can change. Check the current official blueprint and applicable product documentation before scheduling an examination or making production decisions.
This is a practice-test course, with no video lessons, hosted ServiceNow environment, software license or examination voucher included. It is intended for learners with platform administration knowledge and familiarity with project, demand and resource processes. Cloudpuz Academy is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by ServiceNow. Product and certification names identify the study subject. Course completion does not award certification, and a practice score does not guarantee a passing result.
