Build confidence in Salesforce access-design decisions with 120 original practice questions from Cloudpuz Academy. This independent course supports study for the Salesforce Certified Platform Sharing and Visibility Architect examination through two different 60-question tests. Each question includes four choices, one best answer, explanations for every option and a reference for further reading. The material is independently authored educational practice, not actual or recalled examination questions.
Each test covers four areas: 16 questions on object, field and programmatic permissions; 23 on access to records; 10 on access to other data; and 11 on the implications of security model choices. These rounded counts follow the published outline's proportions without claiming to reproduce an actual examination form. Use the results to identify weak areas, then review the explanations and relevant documentation before attempting the next set.
Permission scenarios separate object capabilities, field protection and record sharing. Compare profiles, permission sets, permission set groups, muting, broad object permissions and restricted personas. For custom applications, reason about explicit Apex sharing declarations, user-mode database operations, field sanitization, entry-point permissions and the difference between reading and updating protected fields. Several questions make their API version or execution context explicit because platform behavior changes over time.
Record-access scenarios cover restrictive defaults, role hierarchy, public groups, ownership and criteria rules, queues, teams, manual sharing and programmatic entitlements. Analyze lookup and master-detail relationships, implicit Account access, territory overlays and ownership transfers. External-user cases consider license capabilities, external defaults, sharing sets, share groups, partner roles and narrowly scoped guest access. Other cases distinguish restriction rules from scoping rules and require you to investigate overlapping access paths before removing a grant.
The remaining scenarios explore report-folder roles, dashboard running users, file permissions, public links, libraries, Knowledge audiences and the limitations of big-object sharing. Architecture questions examine ownership concentration, group-maintenance contention, large-volume changes, realistic performance tests, least privilege, entitlement reviews and security regression testing. Positive tests establish that authorized work succeeds; negative tests establish that excluded records and fields remain protected.
Each practice test allows 120 minutes and uses a 58 percent study threshold. The published examination guide identifies its own release alignment, while this course also includes clearly identified current-product scenarios, including API 67.0 behavior and Winter '27 sharing enhancements. Check the current official guide before scheduling your examination and validate unfamiliar behavior in an authorized Salesforce environment. A practice score is a study signal, not proof of readiness or a guarantee of passing.
This course contains practice tests rather than video lessons or a hosted lab. Software licenses, Salesforce environments and examination vouchers are not included. It is intended for learners with Salesforce administration experience who want scenario-based explanations of security architecture decisions. Cloudpuz Academy is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Salesforce. Product and certification names identify the study topic. Completing this course does not award certification.
