Practice automation development decisions with 120 original questions from Cloudpuz Academy. This independent course contains two different 60-question tests for learners preparing for the UiPath Automation Developer Associate examination. Every question has four choices, one best answer, an explanation for every option and a reference for further study. The scenarios are hypothetical and independently authored. They do not reproduce recalled examination questions or an official question bank.
The scope follows the Automation Developer Associate exam description, version 1.6 dated January 2026, which identifies products from version 2024.10 onward. Foundation questions address suitable automation candidates, requirements, solution design, attended and unattended execution, project compatibility and deployment support. Variables and control-flow questions use clear assumptions to explore argument direction, scope, types, conditions, loops and common Visual Basic expressions.
Debugging scenarios ask you to distinguish breakpoints, tracepoints, stepping, Locals, Watch and the call stack. Exception-handling questions explore specific recovery, cleanup, propagation, business preconditions, bounded retries and uncertain side effects. Logging questions emphasize diagnostic value while avoiding exposure of credentials.
The UI automation section covers application context, stable and dynamic targeting, anchors, shared Object Repository definitions, UI libraries, state-based waiting and input-method compatibility. Additional cases examine stale element references, existing field values, paginated data extraction and verification of business outcomes after an action. These questions focus on why a design works under the conditions given.
Office and file scenarios include workbook data, headers, Excel installation requirements, design-time templates, saving changes, filtered rows, email protocols, attachment processing and client compatibility. PDF questions distinguish native text from scanned pages and examine page selection and OCR validation. Filesystem cases address collisions, relocation, path construction and missing input.
Data manipulation questions exercise strings, regular expressions, explicit date and decimal formats, lists, dictionaries, unique values and DataTables. Quality and reuse topics include static-analysis limitations, Given/When/Then, boundary cases, data-driven testing, mocks in Process projects, libraries, workflow extraction and source-control review. Orchestrator and integration questions distinguish packages, processes, jobs, assets, folders, queues, scheduled triggers, connectors, connections and authorization.
Each test contains 7 foundation questions, 10 variables and control-flow questions, 7 debugging and exception-handling questions, 9 UI questions, 9 office and file questions, 8 data-manipulation questions, 5 quality and reuse questions, and 5 Orchestrator and integration questions. These eight study groups and their allocations are our editorial organization; they are not official domain weights. Each practice test allows 90 minutes and uses a 70 percent passing setting. The official guide lists a 90-minute examination and a 70 percent passing score, but does not state a question count. The 60-question practice length is our course format, not a claim about the official examination length.
An author review refined the options and scenario assumptions. Twenty-eight expression, control-flow and data-handling examples were executed in a local Visual Basic program using .NET, with results checked against the final answer keys. Those checks are not UiPath Studio or Robot execution and are not an independent expert audit. Export checks compare all questions, answers, explanations and domains with the authored source. Local lexical screening checks for exact and highly similar wording in the available collection; it does not prove uniqueness across the internet.
Basic familiarity with Studio and introductory programming is recommended. After each attempt, study the explanations for both selected and unselected choices, revisit unfamiliar references and practice the concepts in your own authorized learning environment. This is a practice-test course, without video instruction, a software license or an examination voucher. It is not an official or accredited training program. Completion does not award or guarantee certification, and learners should verify current examination requirements directly with the certification provider.
