Practice cloud native security decisions with 120 original questions from Cloudpuz Academy. This course provides two different 60-question practice tests for learners studying Kubernetes and Cloud Native Security Associate concepts. Each scenario has four answer choices, one best answer and explanations for every option. The focus is understanding the security boundary or control that matters in the stated situation.
Explore shared responsibility, defense in depth, workload isolation and security across the software lifecycle. Review the roles and trust relationships of the API server, etcd, kubelet, controllers, scheduler, container runtime, networking and storage components. Scenarios distinguish application protections from cloud, host and cluster controls so you can identify gaps between layers.
Work through authentication and authorization, service-account token audiences and renewal, RBAC bindings and subresources, Pod Security Admission, security contexts, Secret consumption and audit policies. Network scenarios examine ingress and egress isolation, namespace scope, security selectors and numeric port ranges. Questions state relevant conditions rather than relying on unstated cluster configuration.
Analyze attacker footholds, persistence through workload controllers and desired-state systems, resource exhaustion, credential reach and unauthorized data movement. Platform topics include provenance verification, trusted builders, registry permissions and recovery artifacts, service-mesh identity and authorization, certificate trust, admission webhooks and security telemetry.
Review the purpose and limits of configuration benchmarks, evidence of operating controls, framework gap analysis, threat-model validation and software component inventories. The tests ask you to distinguish what evidence establishes from what still needs investigation. A valid signature, a healthy resource graph or a passing automated check is useful evidence with a specific scope.
The coverage follows the six-domain KCSA outline displayed on the CNCF and Linux Foundation certification product pages when reviewed in November 2026. Each test contains 9 Overview, 13 Component Security, 13 Fundamentals, 9 Threat Model, 10 Platform Security and 6 Compliance questions. These rounded practice allocations are not exact official exam percentages. Public curriculum repository material may differ; verify the active outline with the exam provider before booking.
Allow 90 minutes per test. The 70 percent practice threshold is a learning target, not an official score prediction. Read the explanations for incorrect options as well as the correct answer, then use the references to review weaker topics. The questions provide supplementary conceptual and scenario practice; they do not reproduce real exam questions or guarantee certification success.
This course contains practice tests without video lessons or a hosted Kubernetes lab. Basic familiarity with containers and Kubernetes objects is helpful. Hands-on work in a separate learning environment can reinforce these concepts, while production changes require appropriate operational review. Cloudpuz Academy is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by CNCF, the Linux Foundation or Kubernetes.
